The Good News

THE BOOK OF JOHN, CHAPTER 3, VERSE 6

You can only be saved in the name of Jesus. There is no other name or religion by which this can be done.

'Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved." Act 4:12

Many people believe that there are many ways to God. I came to believe in Jesus Christ over twenty-five years ago. I have not regretted a single day. My ministry life is busy and fulfilling. I searched for many years and was introduced to many forms of spiritual beliefs. My life has taken me down a searching path. I was brought up in a Catholic family, but family life and circumstances brought many changes. I had to find God for myself.

It was only in my mid-thirties that I was introduced to this message in the book of John. To me, it meant I didn't have to go back down the institutional church route.

The religious route was something that just did not sit well with me. However, I knew I needed God but did not know where to find Him.

It took a long time for someone to tell me about Him and to reveal the route.

I found out that Yeshua, the Hebrew name of Jesus was the true way and the path I needed to follow. I had to have a relationship with Him.

I didn't have to study for hours and believe that I had to reach a state of goodness or enlightenment to have this relationship; I just knew in my heart that it was right.Through the realisation of knowing that I had not led a good light, a life that was in contest with the holy life , Jesus, wanted for me, I was convicted of this sinful state and knew I had to get my life right with God. with the help of others, I was helped in a prayer, that allowed me to dedicate my life to Him.

If you are reading this, I need to let you know that Jesus, knows all about your life and wants to offer you a better way with a promise of living with Him in heaven.

It will be a process that you won't walk on your own. Being part of Jesus' family means you have other brothers and sisters who are all on the same journey.

The road will be rocky! I'm not going to tell you that it will be easy. Change is always difficult, but this transition reveal the you that you were designed to be by God.

I am still being transformed by the Holy Spirit. Seeking the true path of Christ, means that you become a disciple of the Way. This what Jesus taught us. As we change and grow in Him we become His messengers and teachers who are sent out to find others that belong to Him.

I encourage you to seek the path. Pray and ask Jesus to reveal `Himself to you and God will answer you. He truly will. You just have to believe and have faith.

Please pray and you if you believe, you will indeed see what God will do.

Don't waste time. We do not know what tomorrow or in fact, the next five minutes will bring.

If you have asked and prayed to Jesus, and want to follow him, then please let me know.

John 3, Verse 6. Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. 2 He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”

3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.”

4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”

5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.
